Payments, Cancellations, Refunds

PASSENGER SERVICES:

When you are certain about the services needed, contacting us to reserve should be done as expeditiously as possible.  

VANPOOLS - For reserving daily or weekly vanpool services, to secure reservation, the total payment must be received 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date.

• DAILY reservations, are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
• WEEKLY reservations, in the event that a last minute emergency arises which prevents you from utilizing any day(s) within the week you have paid, you will be refunded ONE-HALF (1/2) of the total daily rate for that service.  

FACILITIES - To secure reservation, the total payment must be received 7 DAYS prior to the reservation date and is NONREFUNDABLE.  

GROUP EVENTS - A reservation quote should be requested not less than 60 DAYS prior to the reservation date.  To secure reservation, a deposit of ONE-HALF (1/2) of the total amount due must be paid and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  The balance should be paid in full 30 DAYS prior to the reservation date. 

PLEASE NOTE: No reservation will be fulfilled if balance is not paid in full.  

• Once paid in full, if a request to cancel is made 21 DAYS prior to the reservation date, a refund of 50% of the total amount will be given.  

• Once paid in full, if a request to cancel is made 14 DAYS prior to the reservation date, a refund of 25% of the total amount will be given.

• Once paid in full, if a request to cancel is made after 14 DAYS prior to the reservation date, the reservation will be considered forfeited, and NO REFUND will be given.
